It may seem to good to be true, but I assure you affirmations can help you overcome negative thoughts and self talk.


When using affirmations consistently, they can be highly effective and that is why they are one of the first tools I introduce to all my coaching clients.

I suggest standing in front of a mirror while reciting these affirmations.  Pay attention to what comes up for you.  Are there certain affirmations that are triggering for you or harder to say?  Those are the ones to pay special attention to.

Creating an
Abundance Mindset

There are numerous studies that have revealed that when we recite affirmations, the reward centers in our brain are activated.  If we say to ourselves, "I am worthy" or "I am a money magnet" over and over, we will begin to believe it!


These positive statements will light up the same reward centers that respond to other pleasurable experiences, such as eating delicious food or receiving a windfall of money.


I wrote these affirmations to reinforce that money and abundance are limitless.  There is always more than enough to go around!
